1. If we sell it as it is I will be looking for around 30,000 euro (negotiable).
2. I can apply for the same Planning Permission I had before and sell it as a land with
Planning Permission. In this case I will sell the land for around 65.000- 70.000 euro
(negotiable). And for 85.000 euro with Water and Electricity connection.
3. If the new Buyer wants some other Permission (different from what we had), I can apply
for that as well, but price will be 85,000 euro and 100.000 with water and electricity.
